I got a late Christmas present today...

And it's a good one!Since Miss K is obsessed with Dora, we call everything "Dora XXX" Like, you want some Dora rice? Look K, Dora peas! I even put them in a Dora bowl or on a Dora plate and give her a Dora fork or spoon. Sometimes it works, but mostly....it doesn't. So, I am going to try some recipes out of this nifty little cook book that one of my very dear friends gave me for Christmas. This will be a great way for all of us to get some veggies without the constant fighting. And hey, let's be honest here. I don't eat enough veggies either. I am going to try out at least once recipe this weekend, so I will let you know how it goes!

So, here is my day #3 photo. This wasn't the picture I was going for, but this is what I got. I am having some camera issues right now. I am 99% sure that it is all operator error. I am shooting in program mode with my 50mm lens. No flash. EVERYTHING is coming out grainy. I'm getting irritated. Well, it is WAY past my bedtime and I have to be at the park tomorrow morning to meet with my walking group for our 3 mile walk. I'm going to be dragging! Blog ya later!

Hey Hollye, I got that book for my birthday but we, mainly me, have been too sick to try anything out of it. Let me know how it goes.

I have seen this book on television, it has been a few months ago. It was a talk show I think..Oprah?..they made some things out of the cookbook. Anyhoo..looked very interesting, I may have to buy this one. My family could use some sneaky fruits and veggies in their diet:)
